The Real Divide
T, or no T. That is the question.
The real divide is not Male or Female, Black or White, educated or not, connected or not.
The real divide is DRIVE. I am an entrepreneur. I know what it takes. When you wish to make something happen it requires an inordinate amount of will and drive. It is perhaps not possible for me to describe, but when talking to other entrepreneurs everyone knows exactly what I am talking about. It can be gut-wrenching and can go on for years at a time. Day in, day out with an internal psychological push needed that translates into action. Very often conflictual action. If you can’t do it, you will fail.
Most people not only can’t do it, they don’t even know what I am talking about. They think they plugged themselves into a system and rose to a certain level. And entrepreneurs do this, but for themselves in an industry. No. The entrepreneur has no path, no system. He makes it himself every day. The day he stops is the day his business slows and eventually dies
i think it is T. When your T fails you, get out of business.
