It's not about logic in the clown world - it's about compliance to any dictator that demands it.

Yeah....I am thinking of a logical defence for anyone charged.

Since it's not based on logic, not sure there's a logical defence but good on ya for giving it a go!

The tribunals though have some guidelines. One is that if it wasn’t done maliciously but out of confusion it isn’t subject to sanctions.

I see - in my opinion, this is all just another way to cause confusion, hatred and division - also helps to rob women and children of actual human rights. You should be able to call anyone male or female based on your instinctive senses - we have the right and the obligation to speak the truth, no matter whose feelings are hurt.

Yes. But how about if each time you do you get fined $35000? Then what.

those tribunals cost a pretty penny as well. lawyers fees, courts fees, they can wipe you out. canada sucks so bad.

Not saying I have the answers and I commend you for looking for solutions. I don't know what I'm going to do if that ever comes to pass. I will not lie for anyone's feelings. We have to strike that down before it comes into effect - hopefully that's what happens.

I think at this point we should get rid of pronouns completely. They ruined pronouns forever. I’d rather just call everyone by their name than deal with this nonsense.

There was once a time when it was said we could become anything we want to. Never did our parents or elders imagine that psychopaths would take that to the extreme and imagine they were Furries or members of the opposite sex. Neither did we imagine that educated men and women, doctors even, might join in with this insanity. The fact that our newest Justice on the Supreme Court cannot tell the difference between men and women proves that we in the USA no longer live in reality. Possibly, future generations will require all Homo Sapiens to wear Sandwich Signs reading "I am male", "I am female," and "I am hopelessly insane".

Them's the breaks, brother. Life isn't fair. Of course, you COULD identify as a black male. See how that works out.

Atta girl! My paranormal gifts tell me you will be a huge success. The strip clubs in Toronto feature total nudity. You may require surgery to pull it off.

My market would have to be 90 year olds. I am 73 but I am pretty sure even other 73 year olds wouldn’t want to see my naked wrinkly butt. If there is a strip club with 90+ year old clientele, I’m in!

I'll turn 75 in August. Let's go to Toronto and shake our old booties. Life is short & that's suddenly on my Bucket List.

It's possible to intentionally "misgender" if said person corrects you and you persist in calling him by his biological sex. (That is, you don't cower to his delusional belief system.). Aside from that, your points certainly stand.

I once saw a video clip of a girl telling over how someone called her, "they," because based on her appearance the person judged her as "non-binary." The girl said, "Well yes, I am non-binary, but I'm so annoyed that she guessed that." Huh?

The story is anecdotal, but I suspect it reveals a broader reality. (In fact, in a quick search just now for the previous clip (which I did not find), I spotted another video clip expressing a similar sentiment.) Apparently, *correcting people* is part of the game. Is it the "mystery" of being special or different? Is it the control inherent in the direct correction/demand?

I’m not sure if you miss the real point or not. It is not forbidden to speak truth to power in the USA, at least thus far. Aside from the extremely rare and statistically insignificant examples of true hermaphroditism or a chromosomally intersex person, there is no such thing as a “transsexual or transgender” person. A person can recognize that transvestitism and cross-dressing are both sad and real without being mean to anybody. Dealing in reality should never take a backseat to anything, including the pretense of leftist hurt feelings when their nonsensical fictions are exposed.

She/They Identifies as a Toaster Oven Today

David Angel

Where do the slices go?

It seems as if I do not know

I put them in my little slot

Press my belly button lots

But when I take the bread out

It just never seems to toast

It just feels a little gooey

I guess I miss the joke
