Thats a good point. But, we know the world is full of people of all types. Some of whom do bad things. I am not saying nothing legitimately bad happens. But the way you see the world is who you are. At any given moment at any given place there are a billion bits of information. Out of that we choose a small number to see and experience and to create our world view. What we choose to see is how we view the world. If you are greedy everyone will appear greedy to you. Because greed is your filter.
I tend to agree - but just wondered how/why you had determined your exception and whether even that was valid - or whether perhaps it was more of an observation that some provocations are so severe that most cannot control their reaction to them - but does that really make the reaction excusable?

What about if someone kills any child - not just your own? What about if someone kills a teenager, or a young adult, or an old lady?

The idea the world is what we are inside I think is valid. But if someone killed my child it becomes a somewhat meaningless philosophical point.
